Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Bridal & Occasion Fashion Expo
1. Organiser
The Bridal & Occasion Fashion Expo is organised by Ptak S.A., based in Rzgów.
2. Purpose and scope of the Fair
The Bridal & Occasion Fashion Expo is a trade and promotional event organised to showcase the offerings of companies operating in the industry represented by the event and in related sectors.
3. Participation
An exhibitor at the Fair is a company or an individual who has submitted an application to take part and has been accepted by the Organiser.
4. Consent to the use of the name
The participant consents to the Organiser using the name of the company they represent for the purposes of organising and promoting the Bridal & Occasion Fashion Expo, including by:
- the publication of the company’s name in the Organiser’s promotional and informational materials,
- the inclusion of the name on the Organiser’s websites and social media profiles.
This consent is valid indefinitely and applies throughout the territory. Its withdrawal during or after the Fair has no legal effect.
5. Participants’ responsibilities
Participants undertake to comply with the organisational and technical rules in force at the Fair, including the instructions of the security staff and the Organiser.
6. Final provisions
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of participation in the Bridal & Occasion Fashion Expo. The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions; any such amendments will be published on the Expo’s website.
